The buyer is responsible for any upliftment, towing, collection, moving fees of any purchases.  

Rose-Innes Auctions will not be responsible to load vehicles onto vehicle carriers.

Rose-Innes Auctions does not provide equipment such as forklifts, roll backs, sling backs etc to assist in vehicle upliftment. It is the responsibility of the buyer arrange the equipment necessary to uplift any purchases.

Rose-Innes Auctions and Amathole District Municipality do not have any duty to repair

·        No Cash Payment will be accepted
